SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
How long do orders take to ship? Where do they ship from?
All orders ship within 1 – 3 business days from Arizona, USA. We use USPS first class shipping with tracking.
I live and make all products in Thailand. To ship to the United States (or anywhere else in the world) it would be very expensive ($14+) and takes a very long time to arrive to you (typically 2+ weeks). Instead off offering you this option my very amazing mom has agreed to help me ship items (thanks, mom!)
Once I have a large order completed I ship in bulk to the United States. My mom then ships your order directly to you within 1 - 3 business days. This way I can offer low shipping prices ($3.50+). All orders are shipped from Arizona, USA via USPS.
When your order is placed it is recommended that you sign up for email updates. This will notify you when your order ships along with a link to track it.
Domestic orders over $75 ($60 for BB Rewards Members – howtf do I do this?) receive free First Class shipping with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we currently ship just within the United States. We are working out policies for international orders and hope to open this up internationally soon.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us within one week of receiving your order to let us know what you would like to return. All items can only be worn for try on purposes only. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to refusal. The same policy applies for exchanges.
How do I place a return or exchange?
After receiving your order, you have 7 days to let us know if you wish to return a product. Items must be shipped to us within 7 days of contacting us about initiating a return. (2 weeks after receiving your order). Original shipping is non-refundable.
We recommended using USPS to ship your items as they are typically the cheapest and provide a tracking number for first class packages. All items will be shipped back to Arizona unless we have communicated otherwise. Once we receive your item and inspect it for any damages we will issue your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange your item for a smaller or larger size the same process applies. You are still responsible for shipping the items back to us. We will take care of shipping the item you exchange it for to you.
*Final sale items will be clearly marked and are unable to be returned. They can be exchanged for a different size if it is in stock. At this time we do not have final sale items.
